WELCH VILLAGE SKI PATROL BENEFITS Welch Village offers many benefits to our employees and Ski Patrol. Besides working in an exciting recreational environment you can take advantage of the following benefits for all employees and our voluntary Ski Patrol . EMPLOYEE SKI DAYS Two times per month we have a designated Tuesday or Wednesday when you can bring one guest or your immediate family and enjoy complimentary lift tickets and ski or snowboard rental packages. Performance equipment is available at half price on these days also. There is also a Family Ski Sunday scheduled in March. You must sign up ahead in the Main Office. SKILINK â Employees may sign up in the Skilink Learning Center to join a group lesson. Skilink needs to know ahead of time for scheduling purposes. RENTAL EQUIPMENT Employees/patrollers may rent ski or snowboard equipment at half price any time and complimentary on employee ski days. Performance ski equipment is half price anytime, however, on most weekends and holidays when we are busy, it is considerate to save it for our customers use. Half price rental is not available to family or friends , except on employee ski days when complimentary.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE Employees/patrollers are entitled to 30% off all food and beverage items available in the Main Chalet and only available while you are working. You will need your staff badge to get the discount as it needs to be swiped at the cash register. Discounts are not available at Madd Jaxx (east chalet).30% discounts are not available for family or friends.
SKI SHOP A 20% discount is available to all employees in our ski shop on the second floor of the main chalet. Your employee/patroller badge will need to be swiped in order to receive your discount. TUNE SHOP By presenting your staff badge, employees/patrollers are entitled to $2 off any listed service.
Patroller with the following tenure will receiver the appropriate number of guest tickets. Candidates 0 -1 year - your ticket only 1 - 5 years service - your ticket plus one-guest tickets. More than 5 years - your ticket plus three-guest tickets. We appreciate your cooperation with our employee/patroller benefits, as they are a privilege we don't want to jeopardize. LIFT TICKETS - Employee and ski patrol are required to wear a daily lift ticket. Employees can get their lift ticket at any ticketing area and Ski Patrol must come to the office where there is a list of guest pass availability as well. Patroller can only get a ticket/s if they sign on and patrol.
